A bit about us: We are a Sydney- based freeze dried fruit and lolly company.
Trinity Bites was born out of an appreciation of food preservation and long-term storage.
We decided to bite the bullet and buy our very own freeze dryer, which we named Trinity.
We believe in not wasting food and precious resources and knowing that freeze drying can extend the shelf life of our food to 25 years, sealed the deal for us.
The beast has grown from fruit and food to the latest craze in Freeze Dried lollies.
So how could we not have fun with it and share that fun with all of you?
