Freeze Drying- What is it?
Freeze drying is the process of removing moisture by freezing a product and utilising a vacuum to 'sublime' the moisture leaving an almost 100% dry product.

What's so great about it?
Nutrients: The low temperature of freeze drying helps to retain over 90% nutritional value of food.
Shelf life: Freeze dried food can last up to 25 years if stored correctly, it's lightweight and requires no refrigeration.
Taste: Flavours are enhanced during this process when eaten dried. Or you can reconstitute back to it's original state.
Texture: Light, airy, crunchy, delicious

Due to hygiene and the fragile nature of the product, we do not offer refunds.

What if my product is damaged in transit?
We take care to pack our product carefully to ensure it leaves us in pristine condition. On a rare occasion, mishandling by our external delivery team can occur. Rest assured it certainly won't take away from the delicious taste!
