Trinity Bites is a Sydney-based premium freeze-dried fruit and candy company established in 2023 by Co-founders and partners in crime, Jen and Stefan.

We purchased our own freeze dryer, Trinity, out of joy and an appreciation for food preservation and long-term storage.

We're committed to not wasting food and precious resources. Our decision to embrace freeze drying, a method that can extend the shelf life of our food to 25 years, is a testament to this commitment.

The beast has grown from fruit and food to the latest freeze-dried candy craze. So how could we not have fun with it and share that fun with all of you?
